Walkroom is a service strictly reserved for professionals acting within their business activity (architects, interior designers, and other building, real-estate or design professionals). By creating an account, you declare that you are acting in a professional capacity. The service is not intended for consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the Walkroom service, published by Marc Carvalho (SIRET 902 868 652 00014), hereinafter "the Provider", to any professional, hereinafter "the Client".

Walkroom turns two images of a project (3D renders or photographs) into a photorealistic video sequence generated by artificial intelligence.

Article 2 — Service description

A "scene" is a video sequence of approximately eight seconds, generated from two images supplied by the Client. Several scenes can be assembled into a final video, with a royalty-free soundtrack.

Videos are delivered in landscape format (16:9), in 1080p. They carry an invisible digital watermark (SynthID) identifying content generated by artificial intelligence.

Article 3 — Plans and prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Provider benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the CGI): VAT is not applicable.

Subscription scenes renew each month and cannot be carried over from one month to the next. Scenes purchased in packs do not expire.

The Provider reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by bank card via the payment provider Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

For subscriptions, payment renews automatically each month until cancellation. The Client may cancel at any time from their client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Article 5 — Service delivery and credits

The service consumes one credit ("scene") when each generation is launched. Every scene is checked automatically; if the result does not meet the technical criteria, it is regenerated at no additional cost.

In the event of a technical failure attributable to the Provider, the credit is automatically returned to the Client.

A new generation requested by the Client on a scene already delivered (voluntary regeneration) consumes one credit.

Article 6 — No right of withdrawal

As the Client acts exclusively in a professional capacity, the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal do not apply.

In any event, as the service consists of the supply of digital content generated and delivered immediately, its performance begins as soon as the order is confirmed.

Article 7 — Client's obligations

The Client warrants that they hold all rights to the images they submit. They undertake not to submit any unlawful or infringing content, or content that violates third-party rights. The Provider cannot be held liable for the content of the images supplied.

The Client is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Article 8 — Ownership of content

Images submitted by the Client remain their property. The videos produced become the property of the Client once the scene is paid for; they may use them freely, including for commercial purposes, subject to the SynthID watermark inherent to their generation.

Article 9 — Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Provider undertakes to use the means necessary for its proper operation, without any guarantee of aesthetic result, as the output depends on the quality and framing of the images supplied.

Should the Provider's liability be established, it would be limited to the amounts paid by the Client over the last three months. The Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

Article 10 — Availability

The Provider endeavours to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance or force majeure may occur.

Article 11 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Provider's place of domicile, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
