This policy describes how Walkroom, published by Marc Carvalho (SIRET 902 868 652 00014), collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

• Account data: email address, company name, password (encrypted).
• Project data: images you upload, names of your projects and rooms, generated videos.
• Billing data: your purchase history and scene balance. Bank card data never passes through our servers: it is processed directly by Stripe.
• Technical data: IP address and connection logs, for security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service and producing your videos — performance of the contract.
• Managing billing and payments — performance of the contract and legal obligation.
• Ensuring the security of the service — legitimate interest.
• Responding to your support requests — legitimate interest.

Hosting and data location

Your data is hosted within the European Union:

• Application and files (images, videos): OVH servers, in France.
• Database: Supabase, Frankfurt region (Germany).
• Payments: Stripe, which may process certain data outside the EU under GDPR-compliant safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Processing by artificial intelligence

Video production relies on artificial-intelligence models. The images you provide are sent to these systems solely to generate your video, and are not used to train models.

Retention period

• Account and project data: kept for the lifetime of your account, then up to 3 years after your last business contact.
• Billing documents: kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal accounting obligations.

You can request deletion of your images and videos at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@fullmind.agency.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (keeping your login session active). No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are set. Fonts are hosted on our own servers and involve no data transmission to third parties.

Security

Passwords are encrypted, exchanges are secured with HTTPS, and access to your projects is protected by authentication. Regular backups are performed.

Changes

This policy may be updated. Any substantial change will be notified to you by email or when you log in.
